Apartment Building Model at 1:100 Scale

Interior lighting has a powerful visual effect, especially on a poor ambient light, drawing the attention of viewers. Since the role of a block model like this one is to increase sales, our specialists design the layout in such a way that the circuits needed for the lighting system can be included from the beginning. The advantage of such a model, apart from the visual impact in real estate fairs, is that it can be kept in the showroom at night, so that any passer can admire it in the window.

The selective illumination was done on purpose in order to get a realistic note of the model. In our architectural model workshop we often receive requests from the real estate segment because it is well-known that a model sells better than 1000 images. The scale used is 1: 100, and the project was completed in 20 days.
