Residential Building Models

The architectural model of this real estate complex involves four buildings with heights between ten and twelve floors, intended for residential use. The buildings are connected through the ground floor, where you can find commercial spaces, a kindergarten and an after school. The model is at a 1:100 scale and it will be exhibited at real estate fairs.

However, when the model is not in an exhibition, it will be exposed in the sales office, from where it could be seen, through the window, even at night, because the model is equipped with an interior and exterior lighting system. The buildings are to be completed by the end of 2019, the model being a realistic representation of the future construction. The architectural model is a key element for the constructor, as it will be shown to future clients. Hence, they will be able to see the space in which they will live in.
