The blocks were designed to combine with the sensations that the seaside gives to visitors, to remember the waves of the sea. Another important milestone that made the residential complex more attractive was the promenade space between residential units, which culminates in the area of ​​swimming pool and recreation.

Our model workshop has paid attention to the representation of the pedestrian and entertainment area, by making the terraces, the promenade space, the vegetation, and different colors to bring out the space where the residents would spend their free time.
