The land available to the 6 blocks of flats Viva Residence has an area of 20,000 sqm and is located within Metalurgiei Park Residence. The number of housing units that will result after the completion of the second phase of the project is 612 various units that are divided as follows: detached single studios, double studios, studio apartments with two and three rooms accompanied by large balconies.
