Apartment building model – Genial Residence

The building in the picture is part of a residential complex of five identical blocks. The beneficiary only wanted to build a building on the scale 1:50, precisely in order not to have to build a large-scale model with five buildings. The other five blocks will be built on a much smaller scale in a separate model to show the general public how they are located in the city and their streets.

Being built on the scale 1:50, the model can show some important details, such as railings, wall finishes, position of lighting pillars, and last but not least the lawn and the trees. The model was fitted with a plexiglass lid and a light-warming system.
