Detachable house model – Furniture details

In many cases when the beneficiaries or the investors of a construction want to sell or buy a particular property, an architectural layout, showing not only the exterior but also the interior of the buildings, offers a high advantage in the negotiations with the customers. Typically on a scale larger than usual, such as 1:25 or 1:30, the detachable models manage to highlight details such as glazing, floor finishes

(such as the floor oriented to a certain direction, or the joints between the tiles), and by the use of surrounding elements such as people, furniture, plants, there is a touch of realism on the model which impresses the eye.

It is much more useful to build a scale model during a pre-construction stage, because at this moment you can see any design mistakes, and you can see the overall dimensions of the room, and how much space the furniture or other elements occupy.
