Project Description
The Spanish company Ospinas will launch in 2018 a large-scale project by building several residential units like the one for which our mosaic workshop has produced this model. Since there will be several projects in the residential complex, the investor decided to build a single module at 1:50 scale, a scale large enough to allow some key details such as the color of the window and door carpentry,
the types of pavements and vegetation proposed for landscaping, as well as highlighting entertainment areas, such as the playground and the swimming pool. The model has enlightenment which allows it to be presented at night time when it is kept in the sales space and can also be viewed from the outside by people who pass by.
