The contracting company has created a scale model of modern houses and villas which will soon rise in Switzerland. The said residences come along with three condominium buildings and 10 bungalow-type villa with a spacious parking spaces. The buildings come with a semi-Victorian architecture with three storeys.The buildings are painted in white, giving the whole building a sophisticated design.

The balcony areas are designed after modern Japanese interior, which adds more to the luxurious feel of the building. The Swiss Lake community also comes along with several amenities such as a clubhouse for community activities. The said building is located behind the condominium buildings and alongside the villa’s residences. It also has a communal swimming pool for the residents. The said amenity is located in front of the condominiums, surrounded by spacious miniature parks.
