Top Zone – Apartment Building

The model is presented to potential residents at real estate fairs, where they can choose the building in which they want to live, and they can see the facilities to which they have access. The environmental elements (cars, trees, vegetation) give a touch of realism to the model, and at the same time, they help the viewer to understand the ratio of proportions between buildings, green spaces and roads.

The finishes and the colors were chosen according to the architect’s plan. What is more, our team introduced the adjacent spaces such as: sidewalks, streets, neighboring buildings, and people in order to make the project more realistic and appealing.
