Offices and commercial galleries

The proposal consists of an urban regeneration approach, aiming at the revaluation of the Blanduzia Galleries by building a mixed multifunctional building with the potential to attract an infusion of financial, human and cultural capital. The complex consists of commercial spaces, offices and corporate headquarters, spaces for cultural and recreational activities and a small number of apartments.The main objective of the scenario is to satisfy the functional, aesthetic, social and cultural needs of the inhabitants, by transforming the site into something more useful.

Starting from an area with a green past, with outdoor gardens, cafés, beerhouses and cinemas, designed as a network of gangs, inner courtyards and passages, the project proposes a re-interpretation of all these to ensure a comfortable traffic, but also the creation of an environment suitable for economic development, socialization and recreation.
